Explanatory Note

This Bill removes a requirement that a person hold a licence to practise naturopathic medicine issued by a province or territory of Canada that licenses naturopathic medicine to engage in the practice of naturopathy under the Naturopathic Doctors Act.

An Act to Amend Chapter 5
of the Acts of 2008,
the Naturopathic Doctors Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Clause 4(c) of Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2008, the Naturopathic Doctors Act, is repealed.
