Disclosure Statements

When members are elected to the House of Assembly, they must disclose their personal financial interests. This requirement aids in transparency and helps avoid conflicts of interest.

Disclosure statements are filed by members to the Conflict of Interest Commissioner. The statements must be filed by new members within 30 days of election. After that, statements must be filed annually by June 30. Any changes to a member’s financial situation must be disclosed in an updated statement within 90 days of a change.

The Conflict of Interest Commissioner is responsible for ensuring that statements are publicly available.

Please see below for current members’ financial disclosure statements.
