The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act does not apply to the Nova Scotia House of Assembly; however, this site does not collect personal information from any visitors to the site unless users provide it.

Print and electronic submissions to the Law Amendments Committee are public documents and are posted on our site. The Nova Scotia House of Assembly cannot be held responsible for redacting all personal information from these submissions.

The Nova Scotia House of Assembly respects the privacy of its visitors and any information provided is used for its original purpose.
