An Act Respecting
Pledging of Certain Articles
Short title
1 This Act may be cited as the Pledging of Service Emblems Act.
R.S., c. 347, s. 1.
Prohibited activity
2 No person shall take in pawn from any other person any naval or
military medal, badge, decoration or order. R.S., c. 347, s. 2.
Penalty
3 Any person violating this Act shall be liable to a penalty of not
more than fifty dollars nor less than twenty dollars. R.S., c. 347, s. 3.
