An Act Respecting
an Official Tree of Nova Scotia

Short title

1 This Act may be cited as the Official Tree Act. R.S., c. 324, s. 1.

Arboreal emblem

2 The red spruce (Picea rubens) is declared to be, and from time immemorial to have been, the arboreal emblem of the Province. R.S., c. 324, s. 2.
