Section 1 prohibits the reduction of assistance on the basis of an applicant being enrolled in a prescribed post-secondary education program.

Section 2 allows the Governor in Council to make regulations prescribing post-secondary education programs and classes of post-secondary education programs.

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

(3) A determination under subclause 7(2)(b)(i) or (ii) and a review under clause 7(2)(vi) must not reduce the assistance to which an applicant would otherwise be eligible on the basis that the applicant is enrolled in a prescribed post-secondary education program.
