An Act to Expand the School Vaccination Program
to Include the HPV Vaccine for Boys

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the HPV Vaccine Act.

2 Subject to Section 3, the Minister of Health and Wellness shall expand the school-based vaccination program against human papillomavirus, starting in the 2015-16 school year, to include boys.

3 The money required for the purpose of this Act must be paid out of money appropriated for that purpose by the Legislature.
