Explanatory Note
This Bill changes the name of the new electoral district of Dartmouth–Preston to Preston–Dartmouth.
An Act to Amend Chapter 61
of the Acts of 2012,
An Act to Amend Chapter 1
(1992 Supplement)
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the House of Assembly Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Clause 4(r) of Chapter 1 (1992 Supplement) of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the House of Assembly Act, as enacted by Section 1 of Chapter 61 of the Acts of 2012, An Act to Amend of Chapter 1 (1992 Supplement) of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the House of Assembly Act, is amended by striking out "Dartmouth–Preston" in the first line and substituting "Preston–Dartmouth".
