This Bill amends the Finance Act to require the Minister of Finance to table approved business plans for the district health authorities with the estimates for a fiscal year.

1 Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 55 the following Section:

55A At the same time the Minister tables the estimates for a fiscal year in the House of Assembly, the Minister shall table an approved health services business plan for each district health authority in the Province for that fiscal year.
