This Bill allows a member of the House of Assembly's Public Accounts Committee to be a member of the House of Assembly Management Commission.

An Act to Amend Chapter 5
of the Acts of 2010,
the House of Assembly Management Commission Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Subsection 3(5) of Chapter 5 of the Acts of 2010, the House of Assembly Management Commission Act, is repealed.
