Explanatory Note

This Bill limits Tidal View Manor's municipal tax exemption to its property at 64 Vancouver St, Yarmouth.

An Act to Amend Chapter 94
of the Acts of 1971,
An Act to Exempt Tidal View Manor
in the Town of Yarmouth from Taxation

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 1 of Chapter 94 of the Acts of 1972, An Act to Exempt Tidal View Manor in the Town of Yarmouth from Taxation, is amended by striking out "property" the second time it appears in the sixth line and substituting "its property located at 64 Vancouver Street in the Town of Yarmouth if it is".

2 This Act applies to the 2010-11 and subsequent municipal taxation years.
