This Bill corrects an error in terminology.

An Act to Amend Chapter 36
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Beneficiaries Designation Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Clause 9(1)(b) of Chapter 36 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Beneficiaries Designation Act, as amended by Chapter 49 of the Acts of 2008, is further amended by striking out "plan" in the second line and substituting "account".

2 This Act has effect on and after February 17, 2009.
