Explanatory Note
This Bill amends the Provincial Finance Act to require the Minister of Finance to table approved business plans for the district health authorities with the estimates for a fiscal year.
An Act to Amend Chapter 365
of the Revised Statutes, 1989,
the Provincial Finance Act
Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:
1 Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 82 the following Section:
82A At the same time the Minister tables the estimates for a fiscal year in the House of Assembly, the Minister shall table an approved health services business plan for each district health authority in the Province for that fiscal year.
