An Act to Exempt the Kingston
Food Bank from Municipal Taxation
in the County of Kings

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Kingston Food Bank Act.

2 Notwithstanding the Municipal Government Act, the Kingston Food Bank in the Municipality of the County of Kings, is exempt from taxation by the Municipality.

3 This Act comes into force on such day as the Governor in Council orders and declares by proclamation.
