This Bill requires the Minister of Environment and Labour to adopt and apply to the Tobeatic Wilderness Area the Tobeatic Wilderness Area Draft Management Plan of April, 2004.

1 Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1998, the Wilderness Areas Protection Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 15 the following Section:

15A Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Minister shall, on or before June 1, 2006, adopt the Tobeatic Wilderness Area Draft Management Plan (April, 2004) and apply that plan to guide the protection, management and use of the Tobeatic Wilderness Area.
