This Bill requires the chief medical examiner to maintain a record of the number of deaths from gambling-related suicides.
An Act to Amend Chapter 31
of the Acts of 2001,
the Fatality Investigations Act
1 Section 3 of Chapter 31 of the Acts of 2001, the Fatality Investigations Act, is amended by adding immediately after subsection (5) the following subsection:
(5A) The Chief Medical Examiner shall maintain a record of the number of deaths resulting from gambling-related suicides annually.
