This Bill removes the right of a farm business or operation to obtain upon application a refund of the annual fee for registration with the Registrar of Farms.

An Act to Amend Chapter 3
of the Acts of 1994-95,
the Farm Registration Act

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Subsections 8(4A) and (4B) of Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Farm Registration Act, are repealed.
