Explanatory Note
By-laws, rules and regulations of the Truro Golf Club do not have the force of law until
approved by the Governor in Council. This Bill eliminates the need for approval by the
Governor in Council.
An Act to Amend Chapter 234
of the Acts of 1906,

1 Section 8 of Chapter 234 of the Acts of 1906, An Act to incorporate the Truro Golf
Club, is amended by striking out ", when approved by the Governor-in-Council," in the sixth
and seventh lines.
