Explanatory Note

This Bill repeals legislation that provided that the evaluation of the property, real and personal, of the Maritime Oddfellows' Home in the Town of Pictou for assessment purposes shall not at any time exceed in the aggregate ten thousand dollars.

An Act to Amend Chapter 134
of the Acts of 1923,
An Act to Incorporate
the Maritime Oddfellows' Home

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 Section 8 of Chapter 134 of the Acts of 1923, An Act to Incorporate the Maritime Oddfellows' Home, is repealed.
