An Act to Prohibit
Strip Mining in Springhill

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Springhill Strip Mining Prohibition Act.

2 Notwithstanding any other enactment, no strip mining shall be carried out within the Town of Springhill.
