Explanatory Note

This Bill changes the name of the Yarmouth Golf and Country Club to The Yarmouth Golf and Curling Centre

An Act to Amend Chapter 228
of the Acts of 1920,
An Act to Incorporate
The Yarmouth Golf and Country Club

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 The title of Chapter 228 of the Acts of 1920, An Act to Incorporate The Yarmouth Golf and Country Club, is amended by striking out "Country Club" and substituting "Curling Centre".

2 Section 1 of Chapter 228 is amended by striking out "Country Club" wherever it appears and substituting in each case "Curling Centre".

3 Section 11 of Chapter 228 is amended by striking out "Country Club" and substituting "Curling Centre".
