An Act to Recognize the International Day against
Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia Act.

2 Throughout the Province, in each and every year, May 17th shall be kept and observed under the name of "International Day against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia".
