An Act to Repeal
Out-dated Matrimonial Statutes

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 This Act may be cited as the Matrimonial Statutes Repeal Act.

2 Chapter 10 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Alimony Act, is repealed.

3 Chapter 12 of the Acts of 1937, An Act Relating to the Court for Divorce and Matrimonial Causes, is repealed.

4 Chapter 126 of the Revised Statutes, Third Series (1864), Of the Court of Marriage and Divorce, is repealed.

5 Chapter 49 of the Acts of 1886, An Act to amend the law relating to the Court of Divorce, and Matrimonial Causes, is repealed.

6 Chapter 271 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Married Women's Deeds Act, is repealed.

7 Chapter 272 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Married Women's Property Act, is repealed.
