Explanatory Note

This Bill changes the name of the Yarmouth North United Baptist Church to the Yarmouth North Baptist Church.

An Act to Amend Chapter 110
of the Acts of 1961,
An Act to Incorporate Yarmouth North United
Baptist Church of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia

Be it enacted by the Governor and Assembly as follows:

1 The title of Chapter 110 of the Acts of 1961, An Act to Incorporate Yarmouth North United Baptist Church of Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, is amended by striking out "United".

2 Section 1 of Chapter 110 is amended by striking out "United" in the third and in the fifth lines.
