Explanatory Note

This Bill requires the Highway 104 Western Alignment Corporation to submit an annual report to the Minister of Transportation and Public Works.

An Act to Amend Chapter 4
of the Acts of 1995,
the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act

1 Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1995, the Highway 104 Western Alignment Act, is amended by adding immediately after Section 19 the following Section:

19A The Corporation shall submit an annual report to the Minister, which report must include an audited statement of the affairs of the Corporation certified by an accountant or firm of accounts.
2 This Act comes into force on such day as the Governor in Council orders and declares by proclamation.
