An Act Respecting
The Royal Canadian Legion and
Philip and Gail Huston Property
in Tatamagouche

1 This Act may be cited as the Legion-Huston Property in Tatamagouche Act.

2 A conveyance of approximately a ten-foot by thirty-foot part of the property of Philip C. Huston and Gail Huston with PID Number 20086278 located at 235 Main Street in the Village of Tatamagouche, in the County of Colchester, to The Royal Canadian Legion, Tatamagouche Branch No. 64, to be consolidated with land of The Legion, is exempt from the application of any provincial subdivision regulation, municipal subdivision by-law or land-use by-law.
